Leslie Golden is a seasoned investment professional with over 16 years of private equity, investment banking and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Ridgewood in 2000, she was one of the founding members of the Latin America Merchant Bank at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities. Leslie was an integral part of investing and managing the firm’s proprietary private equity fund in Latin America.

Before that, Leslie spent five years at Bankers Trust in the Latin America Merchant Bank, structuring and executing both financings and merger and acquisitions for large industrial, technology and financial companies in the region. She also worked at Lehman Brothers in equity capital markets.

Leslie received both her MBA and BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Orbcomm and ORYXE Energy and is a board observer of Comverge and recently resigned from the board of Orbcomm upon the Company's IPO in November 2006.
