Jeff Strasberg has been with Ridgewood Capital since its inception and became Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Jeff also serves as the CFO for Ridgewood Renewable Power and Ridgewood Securities.

Overall, Jeff has been in CFO roles for over 18 years during which time he has raised over $400 million in debt and equity, led M&A transactions of approximately $1 billion and as CFO, took a manufacturing company public. His prior experience also includes being CFO of a $500 million financial services company and a corporate officer of a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for all SEC reporting, including its IPO prospectus. Jeff also was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse specializing in publicly-traded clients.

Jeff is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida.
